Rise terms

The terms you accept when you sign up to earn with Rise.

1. Who we are

Rise is run by VISTAARSETU TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Rise is a marketplace: it lists field tasks posted by businesses and connects them with people who choose to do them ("Risers").

2. You are independent

You are not an employee, agent or partner of Rise or of any business. You choose which tasks to accept, when to work and whether to work at all. There is no joining fee and no target.

3. Who can join

You must be 18 or older, live in India, and complete KYC once before your first accepted task: your PAN and a bank account in your own name. One person, one PAN, one account, one phone. Before your first task you finish the short Rise Ready lessons.

4. Doing a task

You may accept a task only after passing the mission's training. You must finish it before the time to finish runs out, do it in person (or, for a video task, record it yourself), take photos or videos in the app, and follow the mission's instructions. For shop visits the shop owner confirms your visit by scanning the visit QR or entering a code. You must not fake, reuse or edit photos or videos, visit without consent, make promises the mission does not allow, or ask anyone for money.

5. Checking and pay

Rise checks each task (location, photos or video, owner confirmation, and sometimes a phone call), and the business approves it. Pay is earned only for verified tasks, at the rate shown when you accepted the task. Verified pay is held for the mission's hold period (shown in the app) in case of a complaint, then becomes Available.

6. Payouts

Available pay is sent every Tuesday by bank transfer to your bank account once it reaches the minimum payout shown in the app. Tax is deducted at source as required by law and shown on your statement.

7. Reversals

If a verified task is later found to be false or a complaint about it is upheld, its pay (and any bonus it earned others) is reversed. If it was already paid, the amount is taken from your next earnings.

8. Your team

You may invite others with your code. You earn a team bonus only when people you invited (up to three levels) complete verified work, capped at three times your own task pay each month. Inviting people alone earns nothing, and bonuses are reversed with the work they came from.

9. Your level and suspension

Your Rise Level reflects the quality of your work. Rise may limit, suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, repeated rejections or breaking these terms, and will tell you why. Pay for genuine verified work done before a suspension is not withheld, except to recover reversals.

10. Messages

Rise contacts you by email, in-app messages and, once switched on, WhatsApp, about your account, tasks and pay. You can turn reminder emails off at any time.

11. Ending

You can stop at any time and ask to close your account by writing to care@haatopia.com; Available pay is paid out first. Records required by tax law are kept for the legal period.

12. Liability

You are responsible for your own travel and safety. Rise’s liability to you is limited to pay owed for verified tasks.

13. Changes, law and complaints

Rise will tell you before these terms change. Indian law applies; courts in Pune have jurisdiction. Questions or complaints: care@haatopia.com.
