What Rise collects, why, how long it keeps it, and your rights.

Who is responsible

VISTAARSETU TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Rise") is the data fiduciary for the data below. Shop-owner data collected for a business’s missions is covered by that business and the Data-processing agreement.

What Rise collects and why

Risers: name, email, mobile, language, home area and address; PAN (stored masked and hashed), bank account and IFSC (encrypted), optional Aadhaar reference (never the number); device ID; location, photos and videos during tasks; lessons, ratings, earnings, payouts and TDS. Used to run the account, prevent duplicate and fake accounts, check tasks, pay you and meet tax law.

Business users: name, work email, mobile, role; company name, GSTIN or PAN, billing address; bank transfer UTRs and proofs; refund bank account (encrypted). Used to run the account, invoices, escrow and withdrawals, and to check the business with the GST portal.

Website visitors and enquiries: what you type into the contact form, and basic server logs. Used to answer you and keep the site secure.

How long

Account data while the account is open and up to 3 years after; payment, invoice and TDS records for 8 years as tax law requires; task photos and videos for 2 years unless a dispute needs them longer; server logs for 90 days.

Who Rise shares with

The business whose task you did (your first name, level and the task evidence, never your PAN or bank details); ICICI Bank for payouts; service providers: cloud hosting in India, Amazon SES for email, Google Maps for addresses and maps, gstinapi.in for GST lookups; and authorities when the law requires. Rise never sells personal data.

Cookies

Only those needed to keep you signed in, remember your language and protect forms. No advertising trackers.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask to see, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, and name someone to act for you. Erasure may be limited by records the law requires Rise to keep. Write to the Grievance Officer below; Rise replies within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

Rise is for people aged 18 and over.

Security

Encryption in transit and for sensitive fields at rest, role-based access, audit logs and daily backups.
